Angela Perry

Angela Perry is a qualified fitness instructor with over a decade of experience as a pole gymnast and more than 20 years' experience with dance tuition and performance.

A world leader in vertical pole gymnastics training, she has substantial practical and theoretical experience in the study of movement, performance and function and applies the sciences of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, psychology to her Pole FitnessĀ© program, revolutionising this exciting sport.
